Ruby K's is a locally owned bagel shop, cafe, coffee shop and gathering space serving yummy bagels, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups and salads. We are open everyday for breakfast and lunch (winter hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, summer hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
