So, Ruby K’s actually started over a little “pity-party” we were having about the lack of “cool” places to hang out and get a bite to eat in Los Alamos. After the whining, we came to the realization that if we wanted change in our town, we would have to make it happen…14 months later, after jumping over some pretty crazy hurdles, a few tears and lots of laughs, Ruby K’s was born. Although, (kind of like having children) the initial pain is forgotten, we continue to ride the roller coaster that comes with owning a small business.

The support we’ve received from the Los Alamos residents is phenomenal and we appreciate this support EVERYDAY!
