Founded in 2005, Ruby K’s became a reality when in was recognized that Los Alamos was in need of serving for the ‘bagel-hungry’.  We needed to ignite a spark in Los Alamos by providing a café with super-yummy food, a clever menu and a fun, ‘no-attitude’ atmosphere with top-notch  customer service.  With trademark touches like our signature mini muffins and homemade bagel chips along with the friendliest, most talented staff ever, it’s no wonder we’ve gained a loyal following.
